a few days ago we noticed the freezer had defrosted for no apparent reason.(no water) the food had just gone soft!! we havent unplugged it, the light still comes on and its a frost free one so no ice inside. its still making a whirring noise. dont want to but one unless neccessary. can you help please?

you have what we call a module fault

if under 12 months ring indesit, if over 12 months but under 5 yrs indesit charge about £100 to fix
