how to get the back off a Zanussi FJ1296?

I have a Zanussi FJ1296 washing machine (type p6297236, product no. 914787502/01) which needs a new bearing. I've bought the kit but have fallen at the first hurdle as for some reason I can't get the split outer casing from the back of the machine to separate! I've taken the screws out at the top and at the back etc and put the machine onto its front but there seems to be a fastener on the inside near to the bottom. I've tried levering the bottom edge of the casing down but it doesn't budge.

Yo remove the back you need to undo 10 screw bolts 2 of theese have an unusual head theese two are at the back of the lid. When you remove those two the lid slides back and can be removed, There are 4 more screws on the exterior of the machine two on the bottom of the back and two at the side. The two at the side are in the midle of the machine and are hidden by hole plugs, these can be removed by inserting a nail or similar into them. you then need to remove 4 more screws in the midle of the interior top of the machine when you see them you will know them, Once theese are removed tou will have to deal with the piece that holds the pipes in place there is an insert on either side squeese the two pins together and lift uo the back of the machine will now slide off. Good luck hope you get there
