Same thing has happened to me and the cooker is only 10 mths old. It'll have been out of action for 4 weeks by the time they fix it.

the main oven FSD (fail safty device) is failing to open. egnite the oven the flame should come in on low flame, and then come in on high flame after 1 minute if it dosnt thats your problem
