evesham quest A240 laptop?

I have an evesham laptop model no M66JE But every time I start up I have to reset the internal clock after that it runs perfectly

You need a a new bios battery. Mine gave up after 6 months. They are soldered to the chassis on this model and need to be returned to the maker. This has been the only problem with a really excellent laptop, so I am not too bothered. The other way around it, since Eveshm are now defunct, is to leave the laptop plugged into the mains all the time (although switched off). The mains power will be enough to keep the bios charged.
