Diplomat washing machine model no. 8512?

When i put it in washing clothes program the actual drum does not spin even though i can hear the machine working.

Hi it could be the belt has come off or it could be the noise you can hear is the drain pump and not the main motor.It could be possible the electronic module has failed.I would look to the belt and pulley first though.All the best.
