Where can I find a spare brake band for my McCulloch chainsaw?

I need a new brake band for my chainsaw. It is a McCulloch MAC CAT 330 & is working perfectly except for the brake, which is not working at all as the brake band is worn out.

Local McCulloch dealers cannot help. One told me straightaway that this part is unobtainable. Another initially said they could obtain it but then came back to me & also said it is unobtainable.
This is why I appealed on here, to see if anyone has any other ideas.
