My mums freeview box pace dv3 ok With BBC Channels but not getting STV channels. WHY ?

im having the same problems last couple of days not even getting the basic channels bbc1 , 2 stv or channel 4 i have checked all connections and new co axil fittings

Bad signal. Freeview needs a good strong signal. Check aerial alignment and coax connectors. An aerial amplifier may help.
