Heat Exchanger for Vokera Compact 24 boiler?

I have been told by British Gas the heat exchanger needs replacing on our boiler, only done 2 years ago by them. I have found a web site where i can buy heat exchangers but do not know which code is for the correct heat exchanger. Can you help???

high cold water inlet pressure causes heat exch to fail fitting a pressure reduction valve set to 3 bar should prevent this from occuring

10021419 is part number from manufacturers manual for compact se 24.

think my first question would of been why has my heat exchanger failed after merely 2 years
