Hi Mick, I think you are describing the model made by Stoves for Diplomat (MFI).Yes these have a fan run on thermostat and some have a fan pcb.If the control panel temp is above a certain temp then it will keep running till cool. The time is dependent on temp so it could be 15mins plus.If you ring Extracare on 08457 959722, they can send you a photocopy of the manual.All the best.
