How do I mend my Leisure Zenith 50 gas cooker without a handbook?

I need help with my Leisure Zenith 50 gas cooker. I have lost the handbook and when the main oven heats up, the iginition comes on and will not stop till the oven is switched off

Probably a partially choked oven burner or misaligned electrode,especially if it only happens when the oven is hot.
Get a Corgi Engineer to repair it.
