Ikea floor lamp?

I have an Ikea floor lamp with a sealed box (dimmer). The lamp is only 14 months old but has fused within the sealed unit. This unit can't be opened (without force), how can I replace the fuse?

Sealed boxes do not contain fuses as fuses need to be accessible. I suggest that something else has gone inside the unit. As it is from Ikea I'd bin it and buy a new one.
