Iturned on treadmill one day and had it at 7.5 miles per hour. The treadmill turned off after 10 seconds and for 2 weeks now I try it everyday , and after 10 seconds it still turns off. I depend on the use of this for training purposes, do you have suggestions please.

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm going to call their customer service department tomorrow at (800) 526-0244. You can call too, but I'll come back and post what I found out. It also gives me an error code of "3", does yours?
