Check out PatioFurnitureRehab.com and you will probably find what you need there. You may also want to watch the video I mention below as to how to replace the cord.
Go to Youtube.com and type in "patio umbrella repair" in the search area. Patio Furniture Rehab just posted a video on there for replacing a broken cord. It is a 2-part video, and very long and drawn out, but I think it will help you. You can probably get some cord at your local hardware store instead of ordering a piece from Patio Rehab. My cord just broke on Sunday, but fortunately Lowes found me a replacement umbrella.
