Our wd12 is filling with water when not in use, the water reaches the door seal after a couple of days, any help would be appreciated.

1) faulty inlet solenoid valve, washer may have grit STUCK under it, the sealing washer may have cracked/perished
will need to change the whole unit
2)another place to check are you connected to the sink?
if your pipe is to LOW water WILL run into the machine each time you use the sink.
