Thetford Toilet runs out of flush but gauge shows half full?

Hi I have a Thetford built in Toilet in a 20 year old Travelhome. The toilet runs out of flush but the level ggauge still shows half full, anyone else experienced this problem?

An obvious obstruction at tank end of pipe, either limed up, dirt build up or air lock.

Unclip the tube take cap of the tube and blown down the tube pour water in filler and see what happens.
