hi you should have a service valve on the hot and cold feed to your mixer tap under the bath using and straigt screw driver turn the service valve's off and run the both hot and cold tap till the water stops coming out of your mixer tap and then you can take the tap to bits without water spraying you lol once you have take the tap to bits check the the rubbers thats nomal the problem once changed put tap back together and the leaks should of stoped dont forget to turn the service valves back on any problems just turn the valves off again. hope it go's well for you happy plumbing if not call a plumber lol
