My Zanussi FLE1414W washing machine keeps beeping!?

My Zanussi FLE1416W washing machine keeps beeping when I press the start button and flashing the light on and off. The On button is also very faintly showing it is on. It clicks the door locked then unlocks the door again, and then beeps. When I cancel the lights go off.

Only used my Zannusi dishwasher a few times when I have visitors I went into the kitchen to find water all over the floor and beeping and also a motor noise .
