How can I fix my 15 year old MR2 Toyota?

When I speedup to overtake at 60mph a knocking noise is coming from the back at the drivers side. It has just been repaired and gone through MOT.

Alot of the older MR2's suffer from this, it's due to a worn or dirty foofoo valve, halfords stock them & may even fit it for you, pennies.
