I have just purchased a Bosch washing machine and find its excessively noisy and vibrates so much on the 1200 spin - it wandered 4ft from under unit and took the drain pipe out and flooded floor

Does anyone know the part no. for the transit bolts for a Bosch WFMC2201UC Front Load Washer (White), 500 Series? I need to buy some.

The transit bolts at the back (there are 4) all have to be removed. Otherwise, the drum stays in the same position and makes the whole unit move. Once the bolts are removed, you'll notice the drum moving around inside the unit as it's meant to.
I learned this the hard way. Take the bolts out before loading any washing.

You HAVE TO remove the TRANSIT BOLTS before you can use it,there should be an instruction sheet telling you how,these bolts lock the drum in position during transit,don't try to use it again until they are removed.
