hello if anyone could help please.. i have a zanussi jetsystem 12141s washing machine and a fault is coming up E20.. when it should spin.. after pressing the start button 2 or 3 times ' takes about 20mins in all' it will spin? if anyone knows whats going on... THANK YOU ;-) phil

e20 is a draining issue.check filter at bottom.blocked hoses or faulty/seized/jammed drain pump
