Netaheat boiler?

Help!
My pilot light is out on my boiler. Due to the heavy 10 day rain we had.

I cannot get the cover off to light the pilot light.Any ideas to getting it off.

There is no pilot light on the Netaheat, it has electronic (spark) ignition
