How can I fix my Bosch Exxcel 1600 Express washing machine?
The water will not drain away.
The pump appears to be working as the impeller spins but the water just sits there.
The drain isn't kinked.
What should I try now?
Firstly how do you know the impeller spins?? I have never been able to hear one spinning yet. Secondly have you checked the punp for blockages. They are usually the first place the coins from your pockets get trapped. Worth a look.
