fridge side not cold?

I don't know whats wrong with the fridge side. Not cooling not blowing cold air. Freezer side running perfect.
Maytag wide by side.

In the freezer behind the back panel is the cooling coil. Poor or no circulation into the fridge side is do to ice/frost buildup on these coils.

Check to make sure both fans are running (one in the freezer and one under fridge) when the compresser kicks on.
