diplomat range cooker?

how do i get the bulb out of the oven, i have taken off the outer glass protector but the bulb has broken off inside it says turn but there is nothing to hold on too....any ideas thankyou.

Hi Kim, the only safe way is to get an engineer in to release the bulb holder.I cannot recommend a customer doing it. All the best.
