how do i operate my storad src 333 storage heater?

i've never had a storage heater and have absolutely no idea how it works. i think it charges somehow but as i say i dont have a clue. really would appreciate some guidance.

Kathy, I would also like to know as am in same predicament. Seems to me the buttons on right are for charging and dial on left is to regulate the heat once charged, but doesnt work that well for me.
