Boiler trips RCD after about 5mins. ?

Apollo Myson (old), with seperate programmer and room stat. Have tried by-passing programmer - on/off via room stat, which still trips RCD. Could it br the pump which looks fairly new or somethging else perhaps..? cheers in advance.
