How do I change the main oven thermostat on a tricity bendix SIE554 oven?

I've got a poorly tricity bendix SIE554 main oven - been told the thermostat needs replacing - how would I go about this?

control panel off.rear panel off.some stats are not direct replacements and wiring has to be changed slightly.might not be the case on yours but be aware!
