For some time this machine as worked great. Now say if you go in the library to delete a program it freezes and you have to turn it off at the socket. This now happens every day and is very frustrating. Can anyone help please?

one of the programs has become corrupted.you need to erase it. i found it easier to start at the top and work your way down.it means losing some programmes but worth it cos it works a treat

4 for set up
6 for help
press keys 1, 3, 9, 7
scroll down to option 7 - disable library video window
right arrow key - change to yes
Press library button
Highlight the file causing the trouble
Blue button
Green button
After a few seconds it should delete
