Britany Combi - how do you add water to increase the pressure?

Our pressure guage is showing just over 0, does anyone know which is the inlet to add water and increase the pressure; we think this will resolve the noisy screaming our boiler makes and also increase the heat from the radiators.

There must be a filling loop near the boiler. Maybe underneath it? The filling loop is a chrome coloured flexible connection with a small valve on one side. Simply open the valve, watch the pressure gauge on the boiler increase from 0 to just above 1, you are going to have to bleed the radiators to let the air out and then open the valve at the filling loop again back up to just above 1 bar.
