Laminate floor colour faded?

My wife left the steam cleaner on the laminate floor and a section approx 100mm square is no lighter than the rest.How can I repair it

there isnt to much you can do. there isnt any way of adding colour back only if it is a small scratch. the best way if and only if it is near the wall is to change the plank but this isnt easy and they may crack when pulling them up and putting them back. If you can live with it them do so. sorry
