Minolta Di250 error code C0500?

Anyone know what the code C0500 on a Minolta Di250 copier means? Konica-Minolta says that the machine is "obsolete", so their service people don't have the parts for it. I'm hoping to find them on e-bay or elsewhere once I know what I'm looking for. Thanks.
