How can I fix my 1515AAA Blomberg washer?

The machine is stopping when it gets to the rinse and the flashing light 'NO SPIN' is flashing with the speed light flashing also that it is set to. The filter is clear and the drain hose is not bent.

it sounds to me like your pump is either blocked or on its way out try cleaning it
