Ford cd 6000 locked out?

I have a ford cd 6000 head unit and when i turn it on the display reads locked 13.
Local radio unlock shop cannot open it.
Help, please.

do a search for ford radio codes on google. if you put in the serial no. you can buy the code for less than £5. Ford charge £25!

As it's a Ford unit.....Ask at your Local Ford dealership spares shop. If they can't help ask for the Ford technical service telephone number.
