IItronics IMP-1805 - how can I play music from "Files"?

My IItronics 4GB IMP - 1805 MP3 player is working OK BUT I cannot find a way of playing music from "Files". The manual is rubbish! The only way of playing a particular album or track is to skip through the whole contents until reaching the one I want. I have tried going through "Files" to "Folders" to "Tracks" but can't find a way of playing the music from there. Can anyone help? Or should I pay a bit more for a better player?

It may be a bit late now but..... 1) It will open and play files on a 'random' setting. or when you are playing a track press the 'menu' button scroll trough (using >> )the 'repeat' 'Equalizer' 'play rate' to find the 'file' menu press 'menu' again highlight the file (or folder) you want to play then press the centre 'start' button which then opens the list of tracks in the folder select the one to play press start and that's it! It sounds complicated but it's not really once you get used to it.
