remove the entire soap drawer compartment and check its not blocked up with congealed soap. Check also the pipe leading into the machine from the soap drawer. Is the water heating up correctly? Is the drum filling with water to its correct level? is the machine tumbling and spinning correctly? If the machine makes a rumbling noise when the drum is turning then the drum bearing may be worn out...sometimes this will allow dirt from the bearings to get into the drum and spoil the clothes.
