you will need underlay and possibly a damp proof membrane if you are installing on to a concrete floor.beading if you are not installing the flooring to fit underneath your skirting boards.tools req would be a jigsaw,mitre saw for cutting your angles you normally get instructions with the actual flooring.hope this helps
