Fix Fault Qualcast Ght600a1

the blades on my electric qualcast hedge trimmer GHT 600A1 have stopped working although the motor is running.

Qualcast 600W electric hedge trimmer GHT600a1. The button which allows it to swivel is stuck inside. So it does not get fixed in a single position.

My Qualcast ght600a1 600W electric Hedge Trimmer motor runs but the blades dont move. I've made sure they arent jammed. is there a clutch mechanism that is slipping and can I fix it myself, and how?
