How can I fix my AEG favorit 145 s dishwasher?

Every time the machine starts up it makes a loud squealing noise similar to a car with a slipping fan belt eventually the noise stops and the machine then works ok any suggestions please

could be a faulty dry circ pump.not cheap to replace,so whilst it works leave it alone!
