Samsung fridge freezer model no rs21dcsv?

my fridge will not hold its temperature it keeps goin up and down randomly, what can i do to rectify it, ( I'm a sparky have a go at anything)

i have just found a site that tells me samsung know about this problem as its a faulty cooling fan. Engineer booked for Friday and all will be booked free of charge!
