My ER-5100 displays CLOSED? How can i fix it?

My ER-5100 displays closed. I have tried to follow your responces to Marks question, i have the CLK1 number but how do i input it?

Hi.
To log a clerk on, you type your clerk number on the numeric pad, then press CLERK button. The 'closed' sign will be removed if you log on successfully.
