the pressure on my Worcester 28Si 11 boiler is on max ?

pressure on my Worcester 28Si 11 is on max and I don't have a manual as have just bought the house - how do I reduce the pressure?

its as simple as opening a bleed screw and letting it drain from the radiator dont drop it below about 1.5 bar
