Kenmore 90 series front load washer does not drain or spin?

My Kenmore 90 series front load washer purchased in 2001 fills with water and completes the wash cycle. However, it does not spin or drain. Help!!

I believe the drive coupler that connects the motor to the gearbox is broken (had the same thing happen to me). Now the question is, how does one go about replacing the coupler?
