I purchase a EWF 984. Couple of problems i am currently facing.

On Normal Wash (Daily Cotton, Cotton Eco, Cotton), the wash completes within less than 15 minutes. The softener was not despensed, and the load was is not spun dry. The indicator shows 0 mins remaining as if the was had completed (but not...!)

I have tried several ways to debug the matter - i.e. stablizing the base, ensure the drain pipes are not clogged, and the filter is not clogged as well.

Can anyway please help?
