Bosch dishwasher wont dry dishes?

Have had a bosch dishwasher for a few years and the cycle to dry dishes no longer works. Have had a service centre out but they were rubbish, made a number of suggestions but none worked. Anyone know if there's a part I need to replace or any other suggestions ?
