I tried a programme called Postal Inspector for outlook express i have now uninstalled it as i thought but it still continues to put my incomming mail straight into the trash bin
which to say the least is a bit of a pain.
I have searched for remnants of this programme but nothing found, can anyone help me with this problem.

Try looking to see what rules are set in Outlook Express. Many of these junk mail sort programs configure complicated rules to sort your incoming mail. It may be that you have uninstalled the program, but the rules have been left behind.

If you delete the rules things may return to normal.
