OVEN NOT WORKING?

MY HOTPOINT EW11 OVEN WILL NOT HEAT UP ONLY THE GRILL. THE GRILL COMES ON EVEN WHEN THE DOOR IS SHUT, THE MICROSWITCH IS FINE AND ALL THE WIRES ARE CONNECTED. ANY IDEAS AS WE REALLY DON'T WANT TO BUY A NEW ONE.
