kids pulled on the door catch when the machine was in use,something snapped,now door wont open!how do i open it and repair door lock

take lid off and find door latch.push it towards door gasket to release pin from door interlock.door handle plastic will of broken.you will have to split the door frame to fit new handle.20 min job
