I have the same problem by the sounds of it. The leak is coming from the pin in the centre of the black cap on the front of the diverter valve where the motor clips in. From what ive gathered there is an o-ring seal inside which needs replacing, im now trying to find out if this is a straight forward job to carry out.

Hi Colin,

I have a leak from my heatline boiler its been installed since Feb 07 i have lost count of the amount of engineers who have been out. I have had 2 pumps, diverter, pcb, fuses and controls replaced to date and now ive been told that i need a recouperator replacing! Nobody seems to know where the leak is coming from and apart from the fan there is nothing left to replace.
The water comes from the top of my boiler at the right hand side and drips into the pump causing it to short and loose my heating hot water and elec.
Does your leak sound the same?

it is the front part of the diverter that the three way valve clips on to. it has a copper pin in the centre and i presume this is pressure sensitive?

I pressume you mean the diverter. You could try something as simple as tightening all the unions to the diverter. It's possible that a union may not have been tightened correctly.

Beware not to overtighten.

It is coming out of what i think is the "hydroblock"?

Such an open question...It could mean almost anything. Can you be a little more specific?
