I have a sandisk jump drive, it fell from me and my dog bit on it. when I insert it into the usb port the light flickers but it is not a steady light. is there any way its data can be recovered?

This is normal for consumer electronics - they do not like water - leave in warm place for a month for water to evaporate - you never know it may eventually come back to life.
