how can I erase the display shown below?

I keyed in an incorrect code and then keyed in the right code.LCD display shows following
alarm...........T. I cannot set the alarm.
what ever I do the display stays the same.
my alarm system is Veritas Excel

You have a tamper fault you will have to clear this before the system will work.
